Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with TunUp Tingz. We want you to love your parish pieces and merch. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn and unused
Unwashed and in its original condition
With tags and/or original packaging (if applicable)
Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

with:
Your name
Order number
The item(s) you’d like to return
The reason for the return
Clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:
Items marked “final sale”
Gift cards
Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, or strong odours not present at delivery
3. Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, please email hello@tunuptingz.com

Where possible, we’ll:
Arrange an exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability), or
Ask you to return the original item and place a new order once your refund is processed.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tunuptingz.com
with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem
We’ll review and, if approved, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received it and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs (unless otherwise stated).
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after it’s been approved:
First check your bank or card account again.
Then contact your bank or card provider—processing times can vary.
